As always at this time of year, I take time to reflect on the challenges, changes, and growth that have occurred as we draw another year to a close.
Many years ago, I received a message from the Divine which spoke of humanity experiencing great growth as our physical bodies adapted to the higher-frequency energies that were coming to our great world.
At the time I remember thinking how incredible the journey had been so far, with us learning to balance our emotions and minds. The complexities of understanding ourselves as changing, evolutionary beings, and adapting to the new conditions, experiences, and circumstances we find ourselves in.
However, nothing prepared me for the level of physical cleansing. As an energy healer, I experience new levels of healing and light coming to this dimension, and I love watching my clients transform as they work passionately to raise their vibration in this constantly, ever-changing reality.
We are continually being called to live the life our soul intended. In the context of our bodies at this time, we are releasing layers of burdens that have kept us from expressing the fullness of who we are.
This may be challenging for many reasons and particularly in the wake of the global covid situation where many souls have been released from the constraints of this physical reality. Many more will follow as we let go of the conditions that have prevented our own mental, emotional, and physical complexities, and as difficult as this may seem it is what we have planned all along.
We are remembering who we are, and why we are here, and as we awaken from the deep sleep and venture further into the new era, our physical bodies are taking on more light, more awareness, and miracles are happening. Unfolding within ourselves are the mysteries of the universe as we join in the effort to unite our entire being, we will instantaneously heal ourselves, with new and innovative practices, this is our future.
As an energy intuitive, I too am learning how to have a greater awareness of what happens in and to my body. Achieving big things in the world requires doing deep inner work and am now embarking on a much-needed journey of self-healing.
Considering that, I have closed my online website booking system whilst I focus on bringing in the new incoming frequencies of light. All current bookings will be honoured, and new bookings can be made soon for February 23 onwards.

Finally, remember the power is within you, there isn’t anything you cannot heal…your mind, your emotions, your body, your soul. Now is the time to rise up and be the highest expression of who you truly are.
